Planning a wedding takes a lot of time and hard work, you want to choose the best suppliers, make sure everything is perfect, and well who doesn't. You want to please all your guests, make sure they are well fed, and enjoying themselves, but you need to remember its your big day. As long as you are happy and enjoying the day everyone will enjoy the day with you, all they want is to see you both happy (and in love).
So when you start looking for your suppliers take your time to look through wedding planning sites like Bridebook, Hitched or Mr and Mrs Unique just to name a few, and use sites such as Pinterest to get inspiration. There are so many different aspects to wedding planning and it can take a lot of research and a lot of careful consideration when choosing your suppliers.
Search through a few different suppliers in each field that you require, take the time to email or chat with each supplier to make sure that you connect with them and that they understand exactly what you are wanting. This may take some time but making the right choice now will make all the difference on your big day. Which means you will be able to relax and enjoy the day.
But where do you start when it comes to your Floral decorations..
When it comes to booking your flowers, try and do some research on what style best suits your theme and what types of flowers you like (but don't worry you don't need to know all the flower names.. I can help you with that). This just gives me a starting point to help guide you and help you choose the best florals for your big day!
Always keep in mind your venue when choosing your flower style/theme. If your venue has lovely high ceilings its best to go for taller arrangements, or if you are opting for an outdoors wedding it would better suit a more loose relaxed country style with lots of foliages and wild flowers.
When picking your flower varieties I will be able to advise you on which flowers will be in season to get the best from your budget. Picking flowers in season means you will get the best quality flowers at the best price. Picking flowers out of season will always be more pricey, or they might not even be available at all. The Peony, is a stunning big, fluffy and fragrant bloom which proves very popular with Brides. Unfortunately they are not always an option with having such a short period of time of being in peak season. But if you find you love a flower that is out of season, don't panic, there are so many different varieties of flowers that there will always be a lovely alternative to go for.
With all this in mind I will go through the best options for you and your venue, after all.. weddings are my speciality! Let me help you arrange the perfect florals for your big day.
